Job Overview

The Senior Bus Analyst, Client Services, is primarily responsible for the development of technology solutions that support business requirements. This includes maintaining all commercial metrics, weekly reporting of operational orders, partnering with operational and financial leaders to understand requirement, mapping data flows among applications, utilizing SFDC and CMS and working with IT to prioritize project and technology needs for the business. Working with minimal supervision, the individual in this position is also responsible for driving process excellence and best practice project governance when overseeing deployment of technology solutions to the business. This position is also responsible for ongoing data management and partnering with stakeholders and vendors on the resolution of issues and implementation of technology enhancements, fixes and upgrades.

Duties include:

* Manage and produce weekly operational orders and metrics for all supported business units
* Partner with internal customers to gather business requirements & develop technology solutions (tools) that best satisfy those requirements
* Manage and produce all operational business metrics regarding win/loss information, win rates, proposal activity, Business Development Director activity, therapeutic metrics, and others as needed for Executive Leadership Teams
* Manage and produce all commercial metrics for client services and account executive activity for supported business units
* Interpret customers' requirements and develop specifications that can be shared with internal and third party technical resources for the creation of proposals and system development
* Evaluate pricing models and make recommendations
* Troubleshoot and resolve applications issues
* Document application procedures and governance; collaborate with functional owners on development of end user training materials; participate in delivery of technology training

Education/Qualifications

* BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Systems or Finance Management
* Project Management Certification and/or Six Sigma Green Belt a plus

Experience

* Minimum of 6 year Experience with application integration design and support, including troubleshooting interface/finance issues
* Knowledge of database design concepts
* Experience with report designs and reporting tools
* Experience with translating functional requirements into technical specifications
* Strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills
* Working knowledge of web applications
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite including a high level of competency in MS Project, Excel, Access and Visio
* Understanding of Salesforce.com Client Relationship Management systems, and Early clinical Services (ECS) operations and processes
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively interact and influence individuals at all levels within the organization
