Job Overview

- Assist in preparation of project specific plans
- Collect, Review, Process and Track regulatory and investigator documents for effective and compliant study site activation
- Review and Customize Country and Site specific ICF (liaise with IRB/ICE on issues)
- Review and Update Documents with required revisions (site staff / amendments)
- Site contract and budget negotiation
- Prepare submissions to IRB/IEC
- Ensure high quality site documents are filed in TMF according to study plans
- Provide support for Clinical Trial Supply Coordination
- Ensure Start-up and Maintenance activities are on track and support study deliverables to include providing accurate projections/timelines to study sites, proactive site management, and active participation in team meetings

Education/Qualifications

- Medical or life scientific related

- good English capability

Experience

at least 1 year clinical trial related Experience

SC Experience is acceptable
