Executive Compensation:

* Support overall program management and administration of executive compensation
* Provide analytical support and model executive compensation scenarios
* Research and assess market prevalence and trends regarding executive compensation design
* With guidance, evaluate executive job roles and provide input on appropriate mapping/band/grade.
* Provide support regarding recommendation of new hire and internal executive offer packages.
* Participate in third party market surveys for executive positions.
* Provide analytical support regarding ad hoc research and other related executive compensation projects
* Assist with the administration of the compensation planning processes which may include merit, bonus, and equity


Currently enrolled in human resources masters or bachelors program

Coursework in business and finance also desirable

Critical attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced skills realted to data gathering and manipulatin for business analysis

Strong analytical, organizatinal, and communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Excel


Related work Experience desirable
