* Performs corrective and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
* Organize and maintain common tool and part rooms.Change light bulbs.
* Perform fork lift operational duties.Assemble equipment when required.
* May perform cleaning and housekeeping assignments.
* Accurately document and perform simple corrective maintenance work orders.
* Works with engine-powered equipment and vehicles to perform a variety of maintenance tasks with more skilled personnel.
* Other related duties as assigned.
* Attend mandatory training as required.
* May perform glass-wash duties depending upon site location.

Education/Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Basic knowledge and skills in shop and hand tool use, care and maintenance.
* Ability to obtain Lift Truck Certification.
* Degree in or working toward a degree in a facilities field desirable.

Experience

* Three years Experience in facilities related capacity.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Basic math skills.
* Ability to accurately read and record information.
* Landscaping/lawn-care Experience desirable.
