What will you gain?

* Messaging, design and social media strategy Experience :
* Collaborate to design, build and launch our new career site using an innovative, dynamic and intuitive technology platform (no prior coding Experience required)
* Develop creative marketing strategies that bring our employee value proposition to life, showcase our 20,000+ team members across the globe and highlight our company culture
* Create employer brand promotional materials and recruiter resources to support online and offline recruiting events
* Implement and lead expansion of employee advocacy tool to brand ambassadors across the globe
* Partner with key stakeholders to ensure brand voice and design is reinforced consistently throughout all Experience s
* Learn and co-manage the social media scheduling and reporting tool, HootSuite
* Establish social media quality review and scheduling processes
* Act as a quality check resource for all recruitment marketing materials-
* Advanced reporting and analytics understanding:
* Build monthly social and advocacy report that identifies points of effectiveness and highlights opportunities for improvement
* Co-manage and present recruitment marketing and employment branding channel/source effectiveness report


What you'll bring:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* The ability to research industry related intelligence and trends using online research tools


* Social media platforms Experience (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)
* A basic understanding of SEO and SEM (including paid search and social ads)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
* Familiarity with the current digital marketing trends
* A belief that work should be fun
