Job Overview

* Be responsible for communicating with PI/PMs to prepare all the import/export permits. E.g. CIQ risk assessment, CITES, CFDA, etc

* Be responsible for Customs clearance for the shipments

* Be responsible for the domestic shipments

* Checking billing list and finishing check requests for Logistics related vendors monthly.

* Document all transportation service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.

* Follow SOPs to guarantee compliance, uniformity, and standardization

* Assist the Manager within the department with administrative tasks as assigned (e.g. Tracking Shipments, post-inspections from governments).


Bachelor at least

good in English reading, writing, listening and speaking


About 5-year working Experience in Logistics relevant Experience

Below Experience is preferred

1. Good knowledge in the importing&exporting live animals/animal materials

2. Good knowledge in the import&export permit application for live animals/animal materials including animal isolation permit, CIQ import permit, CITES permit, etc
