Job Overview

We are excited to expand our Clinic Team in Dallas, TX. We have a full time opening for a Medication Coordinator to help in the overall pharmacy operations with respect to the investiagational compound. We offer great benefits and room for advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Preparation, maintenance and control of complete records with respect to the investigational product
* Receipt, inventory, accountability of investigational product
* Correct handling and storage of all materials used on site
* Preparation of dosing instructions and labels
* Preparation of complex dosing calculation logs
* Provision of suitable supply of emergency use medication
* Dose preparation functions as appropriate for all trials
* Author and maintain SOPs germane to the pharmacy
* Assist the CRU Pharmacist with complex compounding
* Responsible for ensuring the supply of all stock items
* Ensures compliance with current FDA/GCP/ICH/USP regulations
* Perform dispensing/dosing
* Perform pharmacy feasibility review of assigned protocols
* Maintain client facing responsibilities with regard to their test material


* BS degree in nursing with oversight provided by on-site Pharmacist and/or Physician at Covance Clinical Research units.
* Current licensure in applicable state.
* BLS certified
* ACLS certified


* 2 years nursing practice Experience .
* 1 year clinical research Experience , preferred.
* ICU trained/certified nurses, preferred.
