We are looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to support our Chemistry Solutions business by utilizing pricing models and analytical techniques to support data-driven decision making. This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities will include:

* Determine pricing and commercial policies for Chemistry Solution services, including for new service offerings
* Collaborate with sales, finance, and executive management to ensure alignment on Chemistry Solutions commercial strategies
* Ensure commercial and business partners have a strong understanding of policies and the ability to execute
* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms of key client contracts focused on Chemistry Solutions
* Responsible for RFP/RFI financial related responses, MSA review, and individual project discounting
* Manage framework for analysis and presentation of top Chemistry Solutions opportunities for executive management review
* Partner with sales/business leadership to develop and implement client and service specific commercial strategies
* Point person for sales leadership for analytical and financial issues
* Responsible for proactive client portfolio analysis and budget issue mitigation
* Participate in external client discussions related to pricing of studies as needed.
* Analyze all pricing activities including discounts, programs, and contract price and develop recommendations to improve profitability and mix.
* Create and manage strategies against metric based indicators to ensure the group is driving profitable business growth.

Education/Qualifications

* Undergraduate or graduate degree in science, business or related field.

Experience

* Minimum of 5 years relevant Experience in healthcare/pharma/CRO industry.
* Proven Experience to think strategically and execute
