Job Overview

LabCorp is seeking a Archer Technical Lead for it's Burlington, NC location. The Archer Technical Lead works within the Risk Office of the Information Security Office to co-lead the Archer platform at LabCorp.


License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science or MBA with at least 3 years of Product Management Experience .


This position is responsible for technical leadership of the process related to the SDLC within Archer including:

* Issue resolution
* Change implementation
* Enhancements
* Coordinate all integrations with other technical platforms
* Work with identified technical professional service professionals to coordinate major incremental Archer projects
* Coordinate with Archer dedicated service engineers and manage associated SLAs
* Work with Archer Business Analyst to understand and develop business requirements and implement within appropriate business context
* Facilitate release management including both UAT and development testing
