We are seeking a Medical Scientific Associate to join our Clinical Pharmacology team. It is an office based position- Leeds, UK.

Responsibilities / Duties

* Acting as the liaison between clinical sites, project team members, and the Medical Monitor ensuring response and follow-up for study related questions.
* Drafting of Safety-, Medical Monitoring-, and Dose Escalation Plans - as well as Informed Consent Forms, and facilitating internal & Sponsor reviews.
* Supporting Medical Monitors in receipt, review, tracking, and distribution of SAE reports and SUSARs, and by facilitating subject eligibility reviews.
* Supporting Clinical Scientists in the dose escalation process with decision meeting scheduling, data packet collection, drafting of minutes, signature collections, etc.
* Setting up study folders for projects. Ensuring key study documents and information are correctly maintained, and uploaded to the eTMF as required.

Education / Qualifications

* BS degree or equivalent Experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of GCP/ICH
* Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access and Power Point)
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multi-tasks
* Knowledge of the clinical trial process


* Previous research Experience and a BS degree (clinical Experience preferred, but not required)
