Job Overview

Senior Business Systems Analysts are in charge of analyzing complex systems for our organization and lead the research, analysis, and requirements modification of production systems, leveraging user documentation. They will consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify system features and objectives. Candidate will have extensive Experience working in a laboratory or health-care system.

Education/Qualifications

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in a computer science, information technology, or health-care related field is required.
* The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant Experience within the life sciences industry.
* Experience eliciting/documenting solutions in both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
* Demonstrable Experience creating artifacts that aid in clarifying current/future needs.
* Experience developing and maintain full system traceability

Experience

Preferred Skills:

* Prior Experience working within organizations regulated by GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and/or SOx compliance.
* Prior Experience with software development
* Prior Experience with product management
* Prior Experience reverse engineering systems
* Familiarity with tools such as JAMA, Jira, Balsamiq, Visio
