Job Overview

Job title: Senior Manager, Clinical Operations (Line Manager, Client dedicated)

Covance is currently recruiting for an Experience d CRA Manager to manage a client dedicated team of CRAs, Project Leaders and Start-up Managers. This is an extremely high profile role and as such to apply you will need a strong and proven track record of managing Clinical Research teams in the UK.

Although this position is 100% home based there will be approximately 30% travel, as you will need to come into the client's office for regular meetings (London) and also support some of the CRAs at site.

The successful candidate will have between 12-14 reports, and have responsibility for their performance and supporting their career development aspirations.
