Job Overview

Job Title : Manager Clinical Operations

Business Units: CDS

Reports to Title: Senior Manager and above

Job Summary :

Responsible for the supervision of assigned Direct reports within Clinical Operations.

Responsible for detailed performance review and management of assigned direct reports including: Annual Performance Management and development (PMD), Individual Development plan (IDP), line of sight goals and Shoves and Tugs.

Responsible for appropriate management and resolution of performance issues.

Conduct, report and follow up on Quality Control visits.

Identify individual training needs and assist in the conduct of training and development efforts, regionally.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with management team to manage assigned staff for matrix environment.

Maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients to ensure opportunity for acquiring additional new business.

10-20 Direct reports.

Education/Qualifications

University/ College degree in Lifesciences preferred or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriate accredited institution.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of Experience in supervising.

Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in CRO.
