Essential Position Duties:

* Manages a local team including direct reports - engaging and retaining staff
* Responsible for Coaching, Mentoring, and Onboarding
* Ensure training compliance for local team. Assist with training provision
* New initiative implementation
* Ensure lessons learned are applied across local team
* Monitor and address quality issues/metrics
* Resource Allocation management including recruitment/succession plans for key resources and an ensuring appropriate utilization targets achieved
* Manages resources to the advantage of the global portfolio


Required Education:

* University/college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology).


Required Experience :

* Or, candidates with > (3) years supervisory Experience in a healthcare setting and five (5) years clinical research Experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industries will be considered
* Minimum of 4 years relevant clinical research Experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO including demonstrated line manager Experience

In lieu of the above requirement, candidates with:

* Two years of supervisory Experience in a healthcare setting
* Two years of clinical research Experience including 2 years of PM Experience
* Local project coordination and/or project management Experience is preferred.
