Job Overview

* Supports the annual evaluation of benefits and insurance policy renewal for APAC Countries.
* Respond to all requests relating to C&B in from HRPs, RTA, and the Business.
* Ensure that all total rewards programs are in alignment with prevailing Covance processes and governance frameworks.
* Ability to balance multiple projects at once.
* Ability to work independently.

Education/Qualifications

* Bachelors degree required
* Advanced degree preferred

Experience

* 4-6 years of relevant Experience in Compensation and Benefits
* Proven M&A Experience , preferably within a complex commercial organization.
* Excellent in Excel
* Excellent communication skills.
* Some exposure to CRO, Pharma, or ITES industry would be good but not compulsory.
