Job Overview

The Bio-A Lab Operations group has an opening for an Assistant Sample Coordinator. The Assistant Sample Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of sample management responsibilities in compliance with appropriate SOPs and regulatory guidelines, in support of departmental operations. Specific responsibilities include:

* Label, transfer, track, ship, inventory, archive, and dispose of research study samples
* Review sample paperwork against sample received to ensure accuracy
* Communicate discrepancies to appropriate personnel
* Distribute sample information and paperwork
* Perform other related duties as assigned

This position is office-based in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a full time opportunity with benefits. Working hours for the role are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Education/Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good Experience in customer satisfaction
* Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a workload with excellent attention to detail and high efficiency
